Grants

Rock Island-Milan School District faculty members are given opportunities during the course of the year to apply for a grant to further enrich current programs and to help develop new and innovative approaches to their curriculum.

Requests will be reviewd and funded quarterly based on the calendar year and each approved application will be submitted to the Rock Island-Milan School District Administration for eligibility. Eligibility will be determined based on the compatibility of the request.

For grants that have been approved, the appropriate channels will be used to fulfill the request. Example: If you grant has been approved to aquire a classroom book set, your request will be forwarded to the Library of the school. The Library Coordinator or staff will purchase the books and process in the district catalog.
